Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Fluff
Detail
This light and creamy strawberry cheesecake protein fluff tastes like dessert but is made with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and protein powder. It’s great as a breakfast, snack, or post-workout treat.
Ingredients
-
1 cup strawberries, fresh or thawed frozen
-
1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
-
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
-
2 tablespoons light cream cheese
-
1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup, optional
-
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
-
1–2 tablespoons milk, as needed
-
1 teaspoon lemon juice
-
2 tablespoons crushed graham crackers, optional
Method
-
Add the strawberries, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, protein powder, vanilla, lemon juice, and sweetener to a blender.
-
Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
-
Add a little milk if the mixture is too thick.
-
Transfer to a bowl and refrigerate for 20–30 minutes.
-
Stir or whisk briefly before serving for a lighter texture.
-
Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers for a cheesecake-style topping.
Make It Extra Fluffy
For a lighter, mousse-like consistency, use cold ingredients and whip the blended mixture briefly with a hand mixer before chilling.
Easy Variations
-
Chocolate: Add 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder.
-
Berry: Mix strawberries with raspberries or blueberries.
-
Crunchy: Add chopped almonds or graham-cracker crumbs.
-
Lower sugar: Skip the honey and use an unsweetened protein powder.
Tip
If using frozen strawberries, thaw and drain excess liquid first. This keeps the protein fluff thick and creamy rather than watery.
