No-Bake Peanut Butter Balls
These easy no-bake peanut butter balls need only a few ingredients and are perfect as a quick snack or sweet treat.
Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter

½ cup honey or maple syrup

1½ cups rolled oats

½ cup powdered milk or desiccated coconut

¼ cup chocolate chips (optional)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

A small pinch of salt
Method

Mix the wet ingredients:
Add peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla to a bowl. Stir until smooth. -
Add the dry ingredients:
Mix in the rolled oats, powdered milk or coconut, and salt. -
Add chocolate chips:
Stir them in if you want extra sweetness. -
Chill the mixture:
Refrigerate for about 20–30 minutes. This makes the mixture easier to handle. -
Form the balls:
Take about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to make a small ball. -
Refrigerate:
Place the finished balls in the refrigerator for another 30 minutes to firm them up.
Storage
Keep them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for approximately 1 week. They can also be frozen for longer storage.
Easy variations

Chocolate: Add cocoa powder or extra chocolate chips.

Coconut: Roll the finished balls in shredded coconut.

Crunchy: Use crunchy peanut butter and add chopped nuts.

Less sweet: Reduce the honey and add a little more oats.
Tip: If the mixture is too sticky, add a little more oats. If it’s too dry or crumbly, add a small amount of peanut butter or honey.
