- 1 tbsp melted butter
Toppings
- Fresh strawberries
- Blueberries

- Whipped cream

👩🍳 Instructions
1. Prepare the berry mixture
Add the berries, honey, and lemon juice to a small saucepan.
Cook over medium-low heat for 4–5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
The berries should soften and release their juices.
Mash a few of the berries with the back of a spoon while leaving some pieces whole.
Remove from the heat and let cool completely.
Shortcut: You can simply mash fresh berries with a fork and skip cooking them.
2. Make the cheesecake mixture
Place the softened cream cheese in a large bowl.
Beat for about 1 minute until smooth.
Add the Greek yogurt, protein powder, honey, vanilla, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt.
Beat until creamy and completely smooth.
If the mixture seems too thick, add 1–2 tablespoons milk.
3. Whip the cream
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks.
Don’t overbeat it.
You want the cream fluffy and light.
4. Fold everything together
Add about one-third of the whipped cream to the cheesecake mixture.
Gently fold it in.
Add the remaining whipped cream in two additions, folding gently after each one.
This creates the light, fluffy texture.
🥄 Assemble the Cups
5. Add the crunchy layer
If using graham crackers, combine the crushed crackers with melted butter.
Place about 1 tablespoon in the bottom of each small dessert cup.
Press it down lightly.
6. Add the cheesecake fluff
Spoon or pipe the cheesecake mixture over the graham cracker layer.
Fill each cup about halfway.
7. Add the berries
Spoon a layer of cooled berry mixture over the cheesecake fluff.
Add another layer of cheesecake mixture on top.
Repeat if your cups are tall enough.
8. Finish the cups
Top each cup with:
- Fresh berries
- Crushed graham crackers
- A little lemon zest
- Optional whipped cream
For a pretty presentation, place one strawberry or raspberry on top.
9. Chill
Cover the cups and refrigerate for 30–60 minutes.
This allows the cheesecake flavor to develop and gives the dessert a firmer texture.
For an even thicker cheesecake-style texture, refrigerate for 2–3 hours.
⭐ Tips for the Best Cheesecake Fluff
Use thick Greek yogurt. It gives the cups a richer, thicker texture.
Soften the cream cheese first. Cold cream cheese can leave little lumps.
Fold gently. Don’t aggressively stir after adding the whipped cream or you’ll lose the fluffy texture.
Taste before chilling. If your protein powder isn’t very sweet, you may want an extra teaspoon or two of honey.
Don’t make the berry layer too watery. If using frozen berries, cook them long enough for some of the liquid to evaporate and cool completely before layering.
🫐 Easy Variations
Strawberry Cheesecake Fluff
Use 2 cups strawberries instead of mixed berries.
Blueberry Lemon
Use blueberries and add an extra ½ tsp lemon zest.
Raspberry White Chocolate
Add a few white chocolate chips between the layers.
Chocolate Berry
Use chocolate protein powder and add a teaspoon of cocoa powder to the cheesecake mixture.
Peanut Butter Berry
Swirl 2 tbsp natural peanut butter through the cheesecake fluff.
Higher-Protein Version
Use a high-protein Greek yogurt and protein powder with around 20–25 g protein per serving. You can also replace some of the whipped cream with additional Greek yogurt for a lighter version.
🧊 Storage
Keep the cheesecake fluff cups covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
For the best texture, add the graham cracker topping just before serving so it stays crunchy.
💪 Approximate protein
Depending on the Greek yogurt, protein powder, and cream cheese you use, each cup can provide roughly 15–20 g of protein.
🍓 Serving idea
For a beautiful dessert, layer graham cracker crumbs → cheesecake fluff → berry compote → cheesecake fluff, then finish with fresh blueberries, raspberries, and a little lemon zest.
