Ingredients

- Optional: 1 tablespoon shredded cheese
Instructions
- Grease a microwave-safe mug with a little butter.
- Crack in the egg and whisk well.
- Add almond flour, baking powder, salt, and melted butter.
- Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Add cheese if desired.
- Microwave on high for 60–90 seconds, depending on your microwave.
