Oven-Baked 3-Ingredient Crescent Brie Bites

These 3-ingredient Crescent Brie Bites are warm, flaky, creamy, and incredibly easy to make. They’re perfect for holiday gatherings, parties, brunch, or a quick appetizer when you want something that looks impressive without much work.

Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent-roll dough

  • 1 small wheel or wedge of Brie cheese

  • 1/3 cup cranberry sauce or fruit preserves

How to Make Them

1. Prepare the Oven

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.

2. Cut the Dough

Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into triangles. Cut each triangle into smaller pieces that will fit comfortably into the mini muffin cups.

3. Add the Brie

Place a small piece of Brie in the center of each dough piece.

4. Add the Sweet Topping

Spoon a small amount of cranberry sauce or your favorite fruit preserves over the Brie.

5. Fold and Bake

Gently bring the dough around the filling. It doesn’t need to be perfectly sealed.

Place the bites in the prepared muffin tin and bake for approximately 10–14 minutes, or until the crescent dough is puffed and golden brown.

6. Cool and Serve

Let the bites cool for a few minutes before serving. The cheese will be extremely hot straight from the oven.

Easy Variations

You can keep the basic three ingredients and change the flavor by using:

  • Raspberry or apricot preserves instead of cranberry

  • Fig preserves for a richer, more savory-sweet flavor

  • A small drizzle of honey after baking

  • Chopped pecans or walnuts for extra crunch

Helpful Tip

Don’t overfill the bites. Brie melts quickly, and too much cheese or preserves can bubble out during baking. A small piece of Brie and a teaspoon or less of preserves is usually plenty.

Why You’ll Love Them

3 ingredients. Minimal prep. Golden, flaky pastry. Gooey Brie. Sweet fruit filling.

They’re the kind of appetizer that disappears from the serving tray before you have a chance to make a second batch!
